The coaching staff includes four black belts delivering structured Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu training across Gi, No-Gi, kids, youth, and women's programs. The Creditview community's access to the Credit River trails and outdoor activities pairs naturally with Jiu-Jitsu training as a year-round fitness and self-defence discipline.

Gi Jiu-Jitsu is practiced in a traditional kimono (the "gi"), which allows for grip-based techniques like collar chokes and sleeve controls. No-Gi is practiced in a rash guard and shorts, focusing more on body locks, wrestling, and submissions without fabric grips. Both styles are taught at Current BJJ, and many students train in both.
