The fastest route is Highway 403 West to Highway 401 West, exiting at Mississauga Road South. The drive takes approximately 15 minutes and is mostly highway. For those who prefer surface roads, Dundas Street West to Erin Mills Parkway to Britannia Road is another option.

Our academy is at 6810 Kitimat Rd, Units #8 & 9. The drive is about 13 km and takes approximately 15 minutes. An alternative surface route is Dundas Street West to Erin Mills Parkway north to Britannia Road west. Both routes are straightforward, with the highway option being faster outside peak hours.

Yes. Our Women's BJJ program is designed specifically for women of all experience levels. Classes focus on self-defence, functional strength, and technique in a supportive, women-only environment.
