Yes. Our adult Gi and No-Gi classes run in the evenings on weekdays, making it easy for working parents from Lisgar to train after work or after dropping kids off. Check our schedule page for exact times.
We welcome kids as young as 3 years old in our youngest age group. We also have classes for ages 5 and up, 6 and up, and youth programs for teens. Every child starts with a free 1-week trial so they can experience the training in a pressure-free environment.
