Yes. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is one of the safest martial arts for children. There are no strikes involved. Training focuses on controlled grappling techniques, and our kids classes are led by experienced instructors who prioritize safety, proper technique, and a positive learning environment. We group children by age to ensure appropriate training partners.
For beginners, two to three sessions per week is a great starting point. This gives your body time to recover while building consistent technique. As you progress and your body adapts, many students increase to four or five sessions. Our schedule offers enough variety that you can find a frequency that works for your lifestyle.
