When you reach our booking page after filling out our free-class form, it also records that you asked about a free class. If you type your name, email address or phone number into a form on our site, the pixel may convert them into a one-way encrypted code (a “hash”) in your browser before sending them, so Meta can match your visit to the ad you saw; Meta does not receive them in readable form.
When you book a free class, our server sends Meta a record of the booking through Meta's Conversions API, so we can see which ads lead to booked classes. That record includes your email address, converted into a one-way encrypted code (a “hash”); the code Meta adds to an ad's link, if you came to our website from one of our ads; technical details such as your IP address and browser type; a coded customer number; and when you booked. It never includes your phone number, your name, or anything about a child.
These details are shared with Meta only to measure our own ads. They are never sold, never used for anyone else's marketing, and do not change the text-message commitments in Section 3.
